Privacy
What we collect, and why
Powder Pros is part of Jaeco Industries Limited, 7 Neilpark Drive, East Tamaki, Auckland 2013. This page says what we collect when you visit this site or ask for a quote, and what we do with it, under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. It is written in plain words, and if anything here is unclear, ring us on 09 636 6421.
When you ask for a quote
The quote form collects your name, email address, phone number, what you tell us about the part, and any photos you upload. We use those only to price your job and get back to you. The form is emailed to the shop through our email provider, Resend. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them for the job and our records.
The form also tells us how you found us: the page you first landed on, the website that sent you, and any campaign or ad click tag in the link you followed. Your browser holds these only until you close the tab, and they reach us only if you send the form. We use them to see which of our advertising actually brings in work.

You can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email info@powderpros.co.nz or call 09 636 6421.
Our privacy officer is our Head of Brand and Digital Operations. Reach them at info@powderpros.co.nz. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
When you just visit
This site uses cookies and similar technology so we can see how it is used and measure our advertising. These are:
- Google Analytics, so we can see which pages people use.
- Google Ads, so we can tell whether our ads bring people to the site.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools, for the same reason.
They may collect your device and browser type, the pages you visit, and an advertising identifier. They do not collect your name unless you give it to us. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which, like any website you load, sees your IP address and browser.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can turn off personalised advertising in your Google and Meta account settings. The site works either way.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers that run these services for us:
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Resend, which delivers the quote form to our inbox.
- Titan, our email provider, which holds our inbox and so every enquiry we receive.
- Google, for Analytics, Ads and the site's fonts, and Gmail, where a copy of your enquiry goes if our website cannot deliver it to our inbox, so we can still reply.
- Meta, for Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- iDigital, the agency that manages our advertising.
Vercel, Resend, Titan, Google and Meta store and process information outside New Zealand, mainly in the United States, where the privacy law is not the same as ours.
